SIMPLE EYE EXERCISES FOR STRONGER EYE MUSCLES.

Just like various parts of the body, the eyes are packed with muscles that help them perform better.

Over time these muscles can becoming weak. Thereby leading to several binocularity and refractive anomalies.

To ensure that these muscles are always power packed and ready for actions, the following exercises are necessary:

  1. Pushup: here you hold a pen at arms length while your two eyes are focused on the tip of the pen, you push the pen slowly towards your nose while ensuring that the tip of the pen does not break into two. When you cannot sustain that single image, you push the pen back again till the double image fuses into one. Do it back and forth again and again.
  2. Motility exercise: here you move your eyes in different direction of gaze repeatedly, up/down/left/right.
  3. For the third exercise, hold a pen close to your nose. Look at tip of the pen, then look at an object far away and then look back at the tip of the pen again. Do this repeatedly.
