Before you can be precisely diagnosed of glaucoma, there are tests have to be conducted on you.
These tests includes;
- Visual acuity: This is done to examine the level at which you can see things around you.
- Opthalmoscopy: this test is done to examine the health of your optic nerves.
- Tonometry: this is a measure of the intraocular pressure of the eyes.
- Visual field analysis: This is measure of how well your eyes can see things via side view while looking straight.
While the above are the major tests that confirms the Glaucoma diagnosis, other tests includes
OCT
Pachymetry
Gonioscopy.
